We inspire youth to continue learning, even after the last school bell has rung. Progressive Arts Alliance provides programs afterschool and during the summer.
We share our talents with area schools and community organizations to provide art-making workshops to groups of students.
We have a history of collaborating with community organizations, so contact us if you have an idea for partnership.
Last summer we collaborated with area nonprofits and community organizations to deliver arts-based programs.
Students at Open Doors Academy enjoyed week-long camps: “Picture Me” (photography), “Creepy and Cool Character Creations” (sculpture & animation), and “Larger Than Life” (puppetry & movement). At the Boys & Girls Club in Slavic Village, teens created their own super heroes and comic books. You can learn more here.

Local libraries make wonderful partners for Progressive Arts Alliance! Last summer we held Krita workshops throughout branches of the Cuyahoga County Public Library and offered hip-hop workshops at the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Library.
During the spring of 2019, you can find us back at branches of the Cuyahoga County Public Library. We're providing arts-based workshops for youth aged 11 through 17.
